A selection of my mixes over the years. Some are up on Mixcloud with full streaming players; others are archive entries from the early days.
Revolutions (Live Mix 2025)
2025 · ~60 min · Nu skool breaks
21 tracks in just under 60 minutes of bass-heavy breaks. The title nods to a few
things close to my heart: my love of sneakers (especially the Nike Air Revolution),
another trip around the sun, and the way I revolve between new tracks and the classics
I used to play out years ago.
Lowered Expectations (Live Mix 2025)
2025 · ~60 min · Breaks
A groovy, darker, rolling breaks mix for 2025 — the follow-up to last year's
'Cleared Expectations'. Built on long blends and mid-tempo pressure: a slow-and-low
journey for driving after dark with nowhere in particular to be. "Could also be called
'Unapologetic Rollers'" — DJ Cheshire.
Cleared Expectations (Live Mix 2024)
2024 · 51 min · Breaks / nu skool breaks
My first official breaks mix in over 15 years — new sounds, different beats, a little
2-step here and there, and some classic white labels. About 20 tracks in just over 50
minutes, recorded live in one take on 2/18/2024.
Sound Counsel (Live Mix 2023)
2023 · 53 min · Drum & bass
An emotional and very musical mix of mostly recent drum & bass releases — lots of
vocals and lots of bass.
Foolish2 — Cleveland (2023)
April 1, 2023 · 45 min · Drum & bass
A practice session for my set at Foolish2 in Cleveland on 4/1/23. Twenty tracks of
rolling drum & bass.
The Real Bag of Shake (Studio Mix 2007)
2007 · 74 min · Breaks / dubstep
The piece of work I'm most proud of. Done entirely in Ableton Live, experimenting with
chopped-up medleys and incorporating the then-new sound of dubstep with breaks. Every
track has a deep meaning to me — it acts as a personal journal of those years.

About 90% of my "don't hate me" mix, as featured on an episode of ThumpFunk on XM Radio
